Crab Meat New Orleans

|Cooked crab meat||12 Ounce|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , cut in small|
|Tomato||1 Medium, peeled|
|Unsalted tomato juice||4 Ounce|
|Dietetic ketchup||1 Ounce|
|White pepper||To Taste|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
Place all the ingredients except the crab meat into a saucepan and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
Add the crab, and heat through.
Serve at once in small casserole dishes.
