Ingredients
  Cooked crab meat 12 Ounce
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , cut in small
  Tomato 1 Medium, peeled
  Stalk celery 1
  Unsalted tomato juice 4 Ounce
  Dietetic ketchup 1 Ounce
  White pepper To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Place all the ingredients except the crab meat into a saucepan and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
Add the crab, and heat through.
Serve at once in small casserole dishes.
