Ingredients
  Cooked crab meat 12 Ounce (2 Cups)
  White sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Swiss cheese/Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound, grated
Directions

Layer half of crab meat, half of sauce and half of cheese in (8x8-inch) baking dish.
Repeat with second layers.
MICROWAVE 10 MINUTES on '7 Garnish with parsley and paprika, if desired.
