Crab Newburg With Milk

Ingredients
  Milk 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg yolks 3
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned crabmeat 7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed (1 Can)
  Patty shells 4
Directions

Put first 6 ingredients in blender container; blend till smooth.
Pour into saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles.
Add crab; heat through.
Serve in patty shells.
