Crab Meat Cocktail
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 Teaspoon, minced|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Crab meat/Fresh crab meat||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs), flaked (canned)|
1. Blend the catsup, horseradish, green pepper, lemon juice, sugar, salt, mustard and curry powder. Mix well and chill.
2. Pick over the crab meat to make sure there are no shells in it and chill it.
3. To serve, arrange the crab meat in small seafood cocktail cups or glasses and spoon some of the sauce over each portion.
