Avocado Crabmeat Soup
|Chopped avocado||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked crabmeat||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Either Canned, Fresh, Or Frozen)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh ground pepper||1 Dash|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk/2 cup top milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped chives||2 Tablespoon|
1.Melt the butter and blend in the flour, salt, pepper, and mustard.
Gradually stir in the liquid or liquids, and cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly.
2.Combine and blend in the remaining ingredients except chives, and chill.
3.Pour into a chilled bowl, and garnish with chopped chives.
