Crab Stuffed Rainbows
|Frozen rainbow trout||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Crab meat||3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz), drained (Or 1 Small Can)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry cracker crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Defrost trout just enough to open cavities for stuffing.
Remove heads and wipe fish with a damp cloth.
Mix remaining ingredients together and fill the openings.
Place fish in a small, shallow, greased bake pan.
Brush with melted butter or French dressing and refrigerate until baking time.
Bake at 450F for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes.
