Crab Stuffed Rainbows

Ingredients
  Frozen rainbow trout 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Crab meat 3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz), drained (Or 1 Small Can)
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Dry cracker crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Defrost trout just enough to open cavities for stuffing.
Remove heads and wipe fish with a damp cloth.
Mix remaining ingredients together and fill the openings.
Place fish in a small, shallow, greased bake pan.
Brush with melted butter or French dressing and refrigerate until baking time.
Bake at 450F for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes.
