Pasta Shells With Crab Meat
|Pasta shells||14 Ounce (3 1/2 Cups/400 Gram)|
|Boiling water||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Crab meat||7 Ounce, flaked (Canned Or Fresh, 2/3 Cup, 200 Gram)|
|Single cream||1⁄4 Pint (Light, 1 Scant Cup, 200 Gram)|
|Marsala||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Cayenne pepper||To Taste|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Put the pasta shells in a deep pot, just cover with boiling water, add a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil, cover and cook for 9 minutes. Allow to stand, covered, while you make the sauce.
Stir the crab meat into the cream, add the marsala and cook for 3 minutes.
Drain the pasta, stir in the sauce, sprinkle with cayenne pepper and garnish with chopped parsley.
