Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Cold water 3 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Finely snipped chives 4 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Canned crab meat 7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed (1 Can)
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon slices 4
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve over hot water.
Stir gelatin into mayonnaise.
Blend in lemon juice, parsley, chives, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Fold in crab meat.
Whip cream; fold into salad.
Turn salad into 3-cup mold.
Chill till firm, at least 2 hours.
Unmold on chilled platter; garnish with cucumber and lemon slices.
