Deviled Crab Croutons

Ingredients
  Canned crab meat 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Liquid red pepper seasoning 2 Drop
  Finely diced celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Croutons 48 (1 Inch Size)
  Seedless green grapes 8 , cut lengthwise into slivers
Directions

1. Drain crab meat well, removing any bony tissue, or drain and flake tuna; toss with lemon juice and liquid red-pepper seasoning in a small bowl. Chill about 15 minutes, then drain well again.
2. Stir in celery, parsley, mayonnaise or salad dressing and soy sauce. (Salad recipe makes about 1 cup, so chill any left over for sandwich filling.) Spoon onto croutons; garnish each with a sliver of grape.
