Sea Food Kabobs
|King crab legs||3 1⁄2 Pound (unshelled)|
|Tomatoes||4 Medium, quartered|
|Green peppers||4 Medium|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
Remove crab meat from cracked shells and cut in 2-inch pieces.
Peel and quarter onions; make each quarter into a "cup" by removing center.
Slice off' the 4 sides of each green pepper; trim each side to form an oval (no corners to char).
On 4 skewers (about 12 inches long), string pieces of onion, crab, tomato, and green pepper.
Combine lemon juice and butter; brush over crab and vegetables.
Broil about 3 inches from heat for 7 minutes.
Turn; brush with lemon juice and butter mixture, and broil 7 minutes longer.
