|Green peppers||2 , diced|
|Onions||2 , finely chopped|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Cooked crab meat||1 Pound|
|Fine dry breadcrumbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
In a saucepan, saute green pepper and onion in hot butter until tender, but not brown.
Remove from heat and stir in flour, then milk and cream.
Cook and stir until thick.
Add brandy, mustard and crab meat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon into 8 scallop shells.
Sprinkle with crumbs and cheese.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 425F for 10 minutes, then broil lightly.
