Crab Flower Pots

Ingredients
  Enriched bread 1 (Unsliced)
  Canned crab meat 6 1⁄2 Ounce, flaked (1 Can, 1 Cup)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Cut bread in 1-inch slices; freeze.
Cut circles from frozen slices with round cutter (about 1 inch in diameter).
Hollow out centers with scissors or paring knife, leaving bottom and sides about 34 inch thick.
Combine next 5 ingredients Add lemon juice and mayonnaise; mix.
Chill.
Heap filling in "flowerpots."
Garnish with parsley.
