Broiled Open Faced Crab Meat Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Finely chopped red bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Unsalted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Lump crab meat 1⁄2 Pound, picked over
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Hard boiled egg 1 Large
Directions

In a large skillet cook the bell peppers, the onion, and the garlic in the butter over moderately low heat, stirring, until the vegetables are softened.
