Avocado Crabmeat Salad A La Ritz

Ingredients
  Diced cooked lobster 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flaked cooked crabmeat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped peeled tomato 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives/Green onion tops 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crumbled dried tarragon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ripe avocado 1 Large, halved and seeded
  Pimiento strip 4
Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients and toss gently to mix.
Spoon mixture into avocado halves.
Top each with 2 crossed strips of pimiento.
