Crab And Rice Primavera
|Frozen broccoli, green beans, pearl onions and red peppers||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Farm Fresh Package)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Imitation crabmeat/Fresh / frozen crabmeat||1 Pound|
|Garlic salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Dried basil leaves||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), uncooked|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Bring vegetables and water to a boil in medium saucepan, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 3 minutes.
Add milk, imitation crabmeat, butter, garlic salt and basil.
Bring to a full boil.
Stir in rice and cheese.
Cover, remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
