Punggol Style Chilli Crab
|Crabs||3 Large, cleaned and chopped (Can Also Use 1 Kg Prawns)|
|Garlic||8 Clove (40 gm), minced|
|Onions||3 , finely chopped|
|Ginger piece||1 Inch, minced|
|Fresh red chilies||4 , thinly sliced|
|Tomato ketchup||3 Tablespoon|
|Chili sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Chicken stock/Water||350 Milliliter|
|Corn flour||1 Tablespoon, mixed with a little water|
|Eggs||2 , lightly beaten|
Heat the oil and fry the sliced chillies until golden.
Add the garlic, onion and ginger and stir fry for a while.
Add the stock, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, salt and sugar and bring to a boil.
Add the crabs, cover and cook until the crabs are cooked (turn pink).
Mix in the corn flour mixture to thicken.
Add the eggs and mix.
