Punggol Style Chilli Crab

  Crabs 3 Large, cleaned and chopped (Can Also Use 1 Kg Prawns)
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm), minced
  Onions 3 , finely chopped
  Ginger piece 1 Inch, minced
  Fresh red chilies 4 , thinly sliced
  Tomato ketchup 3 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken stock/Water 350 Milliliter
  Corn flour 1 Tablespoon, mixed with a little water
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
  Oil 5 Tablespoon

Heat the oil and fry the sliced chillies until golden.
Add the garlic, onion and ginger and stir fry for a while.
Add the stock, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, salt and sugar and bring to a boil.
Add the crabs, cover and cook until the crabs are cooked (turn pink).
Mix in the corn flour mixture to thicken.
Add the eggs and mix.
