Crab Meat Appetizers
|Canned crab meat||7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Green onion||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
|Water chestnuts||2 Tablespoon, sliced|
|Butter flake dinner rolls||16 Ounce (Pillsbury, 2 Packages)|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all ingredients, except dinner rolls and water chestnuts, in a bowl.
Pull dinner rolls apart into two pieces each.
Top each piece with some of the crab mixture then top with a slice or two of water chestnut.
Bake for 8 minutes on a cookie sheet.
