Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Crab meat 1 Can (10 oz), drained and picked over
  Shrimp 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Sherry 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh parsley 3 Tablespoon, snipped
Directions

Mix all ingredients, except the parsley, together to form a log.
Roll in parsley.
Cover with saran wrap.
Chill at least 2 hours, best if overnight.
