Classic Crab Louis

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato based chili sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), whipped
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Iceberg lettuce head 2 Small
  Dungeness crabs/3/4 to 1 pound cooked / canned crab 2 Large, cooked, cracked, and shelled
  Tomatoes 4 Large, cut into wedges
  Hard-cooked eggs 4 , cut into wedges
  Parsley sprigs 2
  Lemon wedges 5
Directions

Mix together mayonnaise, chili sauce, pepper, and onion; fold into whipped cream.
Season with salt and lemon juice to taste.
Arrange outer leaves of lettuce on 4 large plates; shred remaining lettuce and divide evenly among 4 plates.
Place crab (reserve legs) on shredded lettuce.
Arrange tomatoes and eggs around crab.
Pour over dressing and garnish with crab legs, parsley, and lemon wedges.
