Crab Meat A La Marinara

Ingredients
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Basil 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whole black peppercorns 4
  Salt 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 8 Medium
  Canned crab meat 15 Ounce (2 Cans, 7 1/2 Ounces Each)
  Cooked spaghetti/Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 10 ingredients; peel tomatoes, dice and add to seasonings.
Simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes or until thick.
Add crab and simmer 5 minutes or until hot.
