  Crab 1 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Water chestnuts 1 Can (10 oz), chopped
  Green onions 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients and chill.
Great on sociable crackers or in small cream puffs as appetizers.
