Crab Meat And Pork

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground pork 1⁄4 Pound
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Sherry 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Teaspoon
  Crab meat 1 Pound
  Green onions 3 , chopped
Directions

Heat oil in a skillet; saute- pork for 5 minutes.
Stir in eggs and quickly add soy sauce, sherry, salt, sugar, water, and crab meat.
Mix well and simmer over low heat for 4 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
