Crabmeat Supremes

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Coffee cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Canned mushrooms 12 Ounce, sliced (Two 6 Ounce Cans)
  Sliced almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted
  Lump crabmeat 1 Pound, cut into bite-sized pieces
  Cooking sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  2 inch pastry shells 24
Directions

Melt butter, add flour and salt, and cook for 1 minute.
Then add cream, stirring constantly, and cook until thickened.
Add mushrooms, almonds, crabmeat and cooking sherry.
Place mixture in pastry shells; top each with cheese, and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400° on ungreased cookie sheet for approximately 8 minutes.
