|Coffee cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Canned mushrooms||12 Ounce, sliced (Two 6 Ounce Cans)|
|Sliced almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted|
|Lump crabmeat||1 Pound, cut into bite-sized pieces|
|Cooking sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|2 inch pastry shells||24|
Melt butter, add flour and salt, and cook for 1 minute.
Then add cream, stirring constantly, and cook until thickened.
Add mushrooms, almonds, crabmeat and cooking sherry.
Place mixture in pastry shells; top each with cheese, and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400° on ungreased cookie sheet for approximately 8 minutes.
