Lovely Crab

  White bread slices 8 , crusts removed
  Cheese slices 8 (Thin, Mild)
  Canned crab meat 7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Onion salt 1 Dash
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Dash
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sherry 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Line bottom of a casserole dish with half of the white bread; cover with slices of mild cheese.
Add crab, topped by another layer of bread.
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over bread mixture.
Refrigerate 5 hours.
Place casserole in a pan of hot water; bake in a 350° oven for 50 minutes.
Remove cover the last 10 minutes.
