Texas Crab Casserole

Ingredients
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Medium white sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Crab meat 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Toasted crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika/1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In 1/2 quart casserole, stir cheese into warmed white sauce.
Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute on high, or until cheese is completely melted, stirring every 10 seconds.
Blend egg yolks into cheese sauce until smooth.
Add crab meat.
Sprinkle with crumbs and cheese and dot with butter.
Top with reserved cheese sauce.
Microwave 8 to 9 mnutes on high.
