Newburg Style Crab

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Frozen crab meat 6 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Frozen peas 5 Ounce, cooked, drained (Half Of A 10 Ounce Package)
  Dry white wine 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat biscuit crackers 6
Directions

Melt butter or margarine; stir in cornstarch and salt.
Add milk all at once.
Cook and stir till bubbly, Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Stir half of the hot mixture into yolks.
Return to hot mixture in saucepan.
Cook and stir till bubbly, Add crab and peas; heat through.
Stir in wine and lemon juice.
