|Canned crabmeat||6 1⁄2 Ounce, flaked (2 Cups)|
|Sharp cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded|
|Onion||4 Tablespoon, minced|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Hellman's)|
Mix all ingredients together.
May be served in shells as an entree or put on small biscuits or crackers and heated in the oven for an appetizer.
If cooked in shells, bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
