Crab Meat Bechamel

Ingredients
  Canned chicken broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Thyme 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Canned crabmeat 13 Ounce (1 Can Or 2 Cups Cooked)
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Patty shells 4
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a saucepan, combine chicken broth with onion, thyme and nutmeg and simmer for 15 minutes.
Strain.
If necessary, add water to make 1 cup.
