Papaya N Crab Meat Supreme
|Canned crab meat||6 1⁄2 Ounce, flaked (1 Can)|
|Celery||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Toasted slivered almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh papaya||2 , chilled|
|Lime juice/Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Mix crab meat and celery and chill.
Cut papayas in half and scoop out seeds with teaspoon.
Peel papaya halves and place on individual shell plates or salad plates.
Sprinkle crab meat and celery with juice of a fresh lime, add slivered almonds and pile in papaya halves.
Garnish with sprig of parsley and serve with additional wedge of lime.
