Ingredients
  Crab meat 1⁄2 Pound, pickled
  Mild vinegar 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped gherkins 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato ketchup 1 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1 Tablespoon, whipped
Directions

Mix all together, reserving a little of the whipped cream as a top dressing.
