Ingredients
  Crabmeat 6 Ounce
  Eggs 8
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Grease 2 quart casserole, or 4 individual casseroles.
Flake crabmeat and remove all stiff membrane.
Beat eggs slightly.
Add milk, minced onion, salt and pepper.
Pour into buttered casseroles).
Cover and bake in moderate oven (350° F.) 30 minutes.
