Crab In Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients
  Fermented black beans 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, rinsed, drained and finely chopped
  Garlic clove 1 Large, minced
  Cooked crab 1 Large, cleaned and cracked
  Green pepper 1 Small, seeded and cut into 1 inch squares
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Whole green onions 2 , cut into 1 inch lengths
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Minced fresh ginger 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut crab body in quarters; leave legs and claws whole.
Heat a wok or wide frying pan over high heat.
When pan is hot,add oil.
When oil begins to heat, add black beans, garlic, and ginger.
Stir-fry for 5 seconds.
Add green pepper and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add crab, soy, sherry, onion, and chicken broth.
Cook, stirring, until crab is hot
