Baked Crabmeat & Shrimp

Ingredients
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned crab 6 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned shrimp 6 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Buttered crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine ingredients except 1/2 crumbs.
Put in greased casserole or large clam shells.
Sprinkle with buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
