Crab Ring

  Unflavored gelatin 3 Tablespoon (3 Envelopes)
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato juice 1 Pint
  Cream cheese 9 Ounce (3 Packages Of 3 Ounce)
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crab meat 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne To Taste (Few Grains)

Soak gelatin in cold water.
Bring tomato juice to boil; dissolve gelatin in it.
Mix with riced cheese.
Combine cheese mixture with remaining ingredients; pour into oiled ring mold.
Chill until firm.
