Party Crab And Artichoke Casserole
|Canned crab||14 Ounce, drained (Two 7 Ounce Can)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||3 1⁄4 Cup (52 tbs)|
|Minced onion/0.5 teaspoon instant onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Macaroni shells||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), uncooked|
|Canned artichoke hearts||18 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sherry||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Melt butter in medium saucepan - remove from heat and stir in flour and seasonings.
Gradually stir in milk and bring to boil, stirring constantly - simmer 5 minutes and set aside.
Cook macaroni; drain artichoke and combine with crab, sherry, macaroni mix with sauce and turn into casserole.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 20 minutes at 350°.
