Ingredients
  Canned crab 14 Ounce, drained (Two 7 Ounce Can)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 3 1⁄4 Cup (52 tbs)
  Minced onion/0.5 teaspoon instant onion 1 Teaspoon
  Macaroni shells 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), uncooked
  Canned artichoke hearts 18 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sherry 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Flake crab.
Melt butter in medium saucepan - remove from heat and stir in flour and seasonings.
Gradually stir in milk and bring to boil, stirring constantly - simmer 5 minutes and set aside.
Cook macaroni; drain artichoke and combine with crab, sherry, macaroni mix with sauce and turn into casserole.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 20 minutes at 350°.
