Triple-Cheese Pie

This pie with its delicious blend of cottage, mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses will delight the cheese lover in you.
Ingredients
  Curd/Cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), creamed
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 Ounce
  Shredded cheddar cheese 2 Ounce
  Chopped green bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Original bisquick mix 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  French fried onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Stir together cheeses and bell pepper; spread in pie plate.

2. Stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate; sprinkle with onions.

3. Bake about 35 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
