Fiesta Appetizer Pie

The fiesta appetizer pie is a an appetizer pie made with mashed avocados as the bottom layer. Spiced and filled with sour cream, taco sauce, green onions and cheese, the fiesta appetizer pie can be served as an appetizer before meals at dinner parties.
Ingredients
  Avocados 3 Small, peeled, seeded, and cut up
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dairy sour cream 8 Ounce
  Taco sauce 8 Ounce
  Green onions 2 , finely chopped
  Shredded monterey jack cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tortillas chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a mixing bowl mash the avocados with the lemon juice.
Spread mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate.
Spread sour cream evenly over avocado mixture.
Spoon taco sauce over sour cream layer.
Sprinkle green onions over taco sauce.
Top with cheese.
Cover and chill for several hours.
Serve with chips.
