Fiesta Appetizer Pie
|Avocados||3 Small, peeled, seeded, and cut up|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Dairy sour cream||8 Ounce|
|Taco sauce||8 Ounce|
|Green onions||2 , finely chopped|
|Shredded monterey jack cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tortillas chips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a mixing bowl mash the avocados with the lemon juice.
Spread mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate.
Spread sour cream evenly over avocado mixture.
Spoon taco sauce over sour cream layer.
Sprinkle green onions over taco sauce.
Top with cheese.
Cover and chill for several hours.
Serve with chips.
