Crab Supper Pie
|Natural swiss cheese||4 Ounce, 1 cup|
|Canned crab meat||7 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated lemon peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground mace||1 Dash|
|Sliced almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Sprinkle cheese evenly over bottom of unbaked pastry shell.
Top with crab meat and green onion.
Combine eggs, cream, salt, lemon peel, dry mustard, and mace.
Pour over crab meat.
Top with almonds.
Bake at 325Â° till set, about 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
