Canned pumpkin | 15 Ounce | |
Canned sweetened condensed milk | 14 Ounce | |
Whole milk | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |
Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Pumpkin pie spice | 1 Teaspoon | |
White chocolate chips | 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs) | |
For garnishing | ||
Whipped cream | 12 Tablespoon | |
Cinnamon sticks | 6 | |
Pumpkin pie spice | 6 Pinch |
MAKING
1. In a saucepan, combine pumpkin, whole milk, condensed milk, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice, whisk to mix all ingredients well, allow to simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently.
2. Add chocolate chips and stir for a few more minutes until the chips have completely melted.
SERVING
3. Transfer to serving cups, top with cream, place a cinnamon stick, and sprinkle with some pumpkin pie spice.
