Ingredients
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raspberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Eggs 3 , separated
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Baked pie shell 1
Directions

Combine buttermilk, raspberries, sugar, flour, egg yolks and butter in double boiler over hot water.
Cook, stirring constantly, until filling thickens.
Re- move from heat; turn into pie shell.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Spread meringue over filling; seal edges.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
