Pie Pan Pizza

Ingredients
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Prepared biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2 Can (20 oz)
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Green peppers 3 Medium
  Sausage 2 Pound
  Cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 40 Ounce
  Hot pork sausage 2 Pound
Directions

Stir mustard into milk; blend with biscuit mix.
Knead for 1 minute; divide dough into four parts.
Line 9-inch pie pans with dough.
Combine tomatoes, oregano and garlic in saucepan.
Slice green peppers thin; add to tomato mixture.
Simmer, covered, until peppers are tender.
Crumble pork sausage into skil- let; saute, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked and browned.
Drain off excess fat.
Combine sausage with tomato mixture; spoon into prepared crusts.
Top with Cheddar cheese; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in 375-degree oven 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
