|Pie shells||2 , 8 inch, partially baked|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon, melted|
1. Fry and crumble enough bacon to cover bottoms of pie shells and add cheese.
2. In a bowl combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg and butter and pour into pie shells.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until filling is set.
4. Serve hot with garnish as desired.
