A Million Dollar Breakfast Drink

Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsulphured molasses 1 Tablespoon
  Wheat germ 1 Tablespoon
  Powdered veal bone 1 Teaspoon
  Milk/3 tablespoon powdered milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brewers yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Sunflower seeds/Raisins / almonds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Safflower oil 1 Tablespoon (Optional)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a liquidizer or blender jar, combine all the ingredients into liquefier and blend.
2. Add 1 tbsp. safflower oil for important unsaturated fat, if you like.

SERVING
3. Pour into a tall glass and drink for breakfast or evening snack.

TIP
Raisins, nuts or seeds should be finely chopped if an egg beater is used to mix this drink.
