Savory Pie

Ingredients
  Brown crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked potatoes 2
  Spanish onion 1 (parboiled)
  Cooked rice 1⁄2 Pound
  Melted butter 2 Ounce
  Soaked tapioca 1 Tablespoon
  Grated nuts/Grated cheese 1 Ounce
  Tomato slice 1
  Stock 1 Teaspoon
  Mixed herbs 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Grease a pie dish and line it with half the crumbs, keeping the rest for the top.
Mix together all the rest of the ingredients (except the stock and butter).
Put into the pie dish.
Pour the stock over them and sprinkle over the crumbs.
Dot with the butter and bake in the oven for 1/2 hour.
