|Brown crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Spanish onion||1 (parboiled)|
|Cooked rice||1⁄2 Pound|
|Melted butter||2 Ounce|
|Soaked tapioca||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated nuts/Grated cheese||1 Ounce|
|Mixed herbs||1 Teaspoon|
Grease a pie dish and line it with half the crumbs, keeping the rest for the top.
Mix together all the rest of the ingredients (except the stock and butter).
Put into the pie dish.
Pour the stock over them and sprinkle over the crumbs.
Dot with the butter and bake in the oven for 1/2 hour.
