Halibut Broccoli Pie
|Sharp cheddar cheese||3 Cup (48 tbs), grated|
|Halibut||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), flaked|
|Onion||1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped|
|Frozen chopped broccoli||100 Gram (thawed and drained)|
|Milk||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Bisquick baking mix||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Minced garlic||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dried thyme leaves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Tomato||1 (for garnishing)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon (for garnishing)|
Mix 2 cups cheese, halibut, onion and broccoli together and place in a 10" greased pie plate.
Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, lemon pepper, garlic and thyme. Pour over halibut-broccoli mixture.
Bake 400º for 25-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese and bake 1-2 minutes longer to melt cheese. Cool 5 minutes and cut into wedges. Garnish with tomato and parsley.
