Halibut Broccoli Pie

Ingredients
  Sharp cheddar cheese 3 Cup (48 tbs), grated
  Halibut 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), flaked
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Frozen chopped broccoli 100 Gram (thawed and drained)
  Milk 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Bisquick baking mix 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced garlic 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1 (for garnishing)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (for garnishing)
Directions

Mix 2 cups cheese, halibut, onion and broccoli together and place in a 10" greased pie plate.

Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, lemon pepper, garlic and thyme. Pour over halibut-broccoli mixture.

Bake 400º for 25-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese and bake 1-2 minutes longer to melt cheese. Cool 5 minutes and cut into wedges. Garnish with tomato and parsley.
