|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), packed|
|Grated process sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Piecrust mix||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Pared cored pear halves||6|
|Light cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Start heating oven to 425°F. Mix grated orange rind with sugar, cinnamon.
2. Add cheese to piecrust mix; mix as label directs. Place pastry on 17"xl4" baking sheet. With narrow end of baking sheet facing you, roll out pastry to fit baking sheet.
3. On lower half of pastry, arrange pears crosswise; sprinkle with sugar mixture. Bring top half of pastry over pears, loosening pastry with spatula if needed.
4. With fork, press together to seal. Prick top. Bake 30 min.
