Perfection Pie

Ingredients
  Chocolate chips 3 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 3 Teaspoon
  Vegetable shortening 2 Teaspoon, melted
  Basic pie shell 1 (unbaked, 8 inch)
Directions

Melt chocolate chips in boiling water; set aside to cool.
Beat eggs; blend in cornstarch and sugar replacement.
Continue beating and add the shortening and, gradually, the chocolate mixture.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 35 minutes or until custard is set.
