Holiday Feast Pie
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Pumpkin puree||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Granulated brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk chocolate chips||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|9 inch pie shell||1 , baked|
|Low calorie whipped topping||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Place cream cheese in top of double boiler.
Using an electric mixer, beat until smooth.
Add pumpkin, brown sugar replacement, eggs, flour and allspice and continue beating until completely blended and smooth.
Cook and stir over simmering water until mixture thickens.
Fold in milk chocolate chips.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Chill until filling is set.
Top with whipped topping.
