|Vanilla whip and chill||3 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Instant coffee||2 Teaspoon|
|Cold milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Irish whiskey||4 Tablespoon|
|Whipped cream/Dream whip||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine coffee and whip and chill.
Beat in milk at high speed for 1 minute.
Beat again until fluffy.
Fold in whipped cream and whiskey.
Pour into baked pie shell and chill 12 hours.
Garnish with whipped cream & chocolate shavings.
(Scotch may be substituted for Irish whiskey).
