|American cheese||1 Pound , shredded|
|Onion||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green bell pepper||1/4 Large|
|Pimiento||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Mayonnaise||1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Celery pieces||To Taste|
1. Place all ingredients, except celery pieces, in blender. Blend about 5 seconds, or until as smooth as desired.
2. Spread mixture down center of celery pieces.
3. Place Cheese-Filled Celery on nice serving plate, and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
